Ordering
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, PayPal and Apple-Pay checkout. All transactions are processed on a secure server. Gift certificates are available.
Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents pay 6% sales tax.
Order Processing Lead Times
We ship all orders next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday morning. An email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States and US Territories, including Military APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and American Samoa.
Shipping Transit Times
All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (tracking number). We drop packages at the post office daily (excluding Sundays and holidays).
For Ground Advantage packages allow 2-5 days transit time after your order ships. For Priority Mail packages allow 1-3 days transit time after your order ships. Transit time depends on where you live (we are located in Pennsylvania). We have no control over postal transit times and can not guarantee delivery on a specific day. Allow additional transit time around major holidays, when postal delays are common.

Returns
Returns are gladly accepted. Please notify us by e-mail before returning items. Items must be returned in original packaging and in undamaged condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt*. Buyer pays return postage. Items can be shipped back USPS Ground Advantage Mail (the cheapest shipping option). We recommend products be shipped back with a tracking number to confirm delivery.
* We may approve a return that is more than 30 days old, such as gift orders placed in advance of major holidays. Due to restrictions of our payment processor, we cannot refund any transaction that is more than 60 days old, so in some cases a store credit may be issued.
We use the date the postal tracking number indicates the product was delivered.
Warranty
A replacement product will be mailed out for any merchandise that is damaged in transit or is defective. Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be received within 7 days of delivery. Items that are damaged after being used are not under warranty. The lockets are made of glass and should be treated kindly.
Limited Extended Warranty: For up to 30 days after delivery we will consider on a case-by-case basis replacement of any defective products where the defect was not immediately apparent when the product was first received. An example would be a crystal falling out of a locket within the first 30 days.
All claims for damaged or defective products should include a picture of the damaged or defective item.
We use the date the postal tracking number indicates the product was delivered.
Pricing
All pricing is in US Dollars. Pricing does not include shipping or sales tax. Pennsylvania residents are subject to 6% sales tax. Pricing is subject to change without notice. In the event that we lower the pricing on a product or offer a special promotion or sale, we do not adjust or refund prior orders.
Product Availability
All of the products listed on our website are in stock. Occasionally our inventory levels are off, and a product may not be available. We would refund the item. We do not substitute or back-order products.
